Put some moose in your hair and spread it around and then fluff your hair by grabbing it and kinda tossing it. Scrunching is hard to describe. I guess it's something you learn by doing!

Scrunching it with a towel works better than your hands. At least that's what I've found to be true. Comb it, if that's what you usually do and then put the towel back over your head and scrunch all over. (Scrunching with a towel gets more coverage and will make slight curls in your hair whereas scrunching with your hands will just make slight waves or kinks.) Take the towel off and lightly scrunch with your hands using whatever product you use and then try not to play with it...if you have fine thin hair, it'll fall easily.

I've always looked frizzy when I tried to scrunch my hair, but my hair stylist just told me a trick. Use the Garnier soft curl (it's in a little jar) when your hair is damp, then use a wet wash cloth to scrunch your hair! You don't want to touch your hair with your hands to much - that's what causes the frizzes!

I would suggest buying a Diffuser. When your hair is wet, you can apply Mousse or Gel and a little bit of hair spray, put your head up side down and scrunch up your hair, Place the diffuser in the blow drier and, place the diffuser all over your hair, you will see how nice it curls up. You are good to go

I bought some gel and sprayed it on my hair when it was wet. I just constantly kept scrunching it up while I was drying it. It did turn out pretty cute.

You might not want to scrunch it up.
I think streight hair can look nice if it is not too flat on top or too long at the sides and back.
