Sally Beauty Supply just came out with extensions.
they are $79.99 and already come on the clips and also are human hair.
DO NOT purchase fake hair when you go to style it with a curling irons, flat iron, and heat it will melt off the hair.
with human hair you can shampoo, flat iron, crimp, curl, wave etc.
also any beauty supply which carries weaves carries extensions. You buy a package of hair and buy the clips seperate. You can have them sewing them on for an additional charge and they will also measure them to your head so they fit perfect.
Clips in are the best choice they wont cause breakage or damage hair and choosing other colors can create dimesion with colors.

I went to one of those weave and wig stores to buy some hair for Halloween. They have so many colors you should be able to find one that matches or blends in well. They then have these clips that you can buy that kinda pop open and have these little teeth. You just cut the strip of hair to the width you want and then super glue the clips onto the top of the hair where it is sewed or glue together. Then you can clip em in whereever you want to. What a friend did was in the area that you are going to clip it spray some spray gel or hairspray to get that area sticky enough and "rough" enough that the clip can really grip.

Check if there is an Irish dance studio in your area. They always have clip on hair extensions. The girls use them for dance recitals. They look real but be prep aired they are expensive. They come in a lot of colors to match your hair. Also they will be curly as that is the tradition but I think they can be straightened. Good luck.
