Bench pressing from the incline, flat and decline postion are good ways to build up your chest. Make sure you have a spotter so you can put a decent amount of weight on the bar...even if you do 5 reps those muscles are going to be fired up...once you hit 10 reps, add a little more weight each time

well i can tell you the illeagal way which is take steroids but you dont need to get into any trouble, so i am just gonna tell you that your going to have to buy protiens, creatines and other healthy things cause you cant get there on junk foods you have to eat healthy and the best thing is to get a personal trainer that will make a good schedual for you too follow, but you have to follow it or it will not work.

breast stroke swimming and squat with a lot of weight. Do not overdo arm curls with dumbells as you will burn them out.

how old are you?
take muscle gainers. but dont do more than ur body can take.. eat healthy and run... exercise do the basics.
