if people dont want the baby put in up for adoption dont kill it

If it has nothing to do with you maybe you should keep your nose out of other people's decisions.
If you ARE in fact perfect, you will still make at least one mistake in your life - and trust me. It will be big, bad, and ugly. When it happens you will wish that you did not judge other people so harshly.
I was once like you, then life dropped me from a great height and it hurt bad. What hurt most was my ego though - because I had talked so piously of things I didn't know anything about.
First - Grow up (I would guess your between the ages of 14 - 20) as it's evident you don't know much about communication or life in general.
Second - respect other people by realising that everyone makes decisions and we all pay for our own choices in our own personal way.

Because our legal system makes adoption expensive and almost impossable. People adopt from other counties before they go though our own system. Some belive it is better if the child is not born then to have them grow up that way. Look at it this way, your 16 and got raped, if you have the child the next 9 months of your life are going to be hell carying someone's child you did not want or ask for. If you adopt the child they may get a home or they may end up spending their childhood watching other children get adopted but not them. It's a tough choice and a lot of people make it based on religion not logic. I am not taking sides but abortion can be a way to make one life better instead of distroying two.

Oh, honey, that's very wishful thinking of you, but in actuality it's not that simple. Abortion is not a bad thing, and it doesn't "kill" babies. You need to Google or Yahoo this matter. Many women have babies that are unwanted, and bring them into abusive, or unnurturing homes becasue they were not wanted, but the Mother would not have an abortion. I can't fathom why women DON'T beleive in abortion. If it's a religious thing, that's fine, whatever. Work one day, volunteer, in an orphanage,and you tell me that abortion is still wrong, and then we'll talk. There are so many children who are given up for adoption, and many (most) either bounce from foster home to foster home, or are stuck in the orphanage until they turn 18 and then released into a worlfd they are not prepared for.

some people get abortions for selfish reasons and because they didnt take care in having safe sex which i dont agree with. but there are other reasons.sometimes a mothers health may be at risk or if the mother was raped and then found out she was pregnant with the rapists child.
sometimes its just not as easy as saying put it up for adoption.

Flat out stupidity. There are many couples who can't have children. They should put the child up for adoption to a family who wants a child.

It is a woman's decision to keep a child or not. Let's say your daughter got raped from a man and coincidently got pregnant, would you vouch for her feelings and honor her wish to terminate? Or we'll say you get your tubes tied because you decide you do not want to have any more children, it's not in the budget/old age, and you STILL get pregnant, what do you do then? It's a woman's decision whether you like it or not.

People make the choices they believe are best for them. Sometimes we don't all agree with them. We could start to offer better education to our young ones, and stay involved better. This way people have better skills to make choices with.

Most of the time it's because they are too stupid to use protection and too selfish to think about their unborn child instead of themselves! There are a few cases of health factors and Rape but most of the time it's not!
