I know its so hard to imagine possible. You would think there is NO WAY possible, yet Jesus, promised to do so. If a murderer truly is sorry, and repents of all his evil doings, and asks Jesus to have mercy on his life and save him, Jesus wil. Jesus' love is so awesome, we as humans dont understand how He could forgive and allow such evil People to go to Heaven. I still believe a Murderer will have to face his acts in life, by going to prison and maybe getting the death sentence.
yeah the idea of such a person getting to go to Heaven is hard to accept. It doesnt seem fair, but what if that murderer was us, we had gone so far as to kill, and we were looking for mercy?

No it doesn't. Life isn't fair though. The motivations of God are far beyond our understanding and because a murderer repents doesn't necessarily mean he is going to heaven. God can read the hearts of men and he knows which ones are faking and which are for real.

You really don't want fair, you want mercy. Fair is Christ remains in heaven and all sinners remain separated from God completely.
Remember the parable in Matthew 20 about :
"For the Kingdom of Heaven is like the owner of an estate who went out early one morning to hire workers for his vineyard." (v1)
* * *
But they, too, were paid a day's wage.
When they received their pay, they protested, 'Those people worked only one hour, and yet you've paid them just as much as you paid us who worked all day in the scorching heat.'
"He answered one of them, 'Friend, I haven't been unfair! Didn't you agree to work all day for the usual wage?
Take it and go. I wanted to pay this last worker the same as you. Is it against the law for me to do what I want with my money? Should you be angry because I am kind?' "And so it is, that many who are first now will be last then; and those who are last now will be first then." (v10-v16)

To God sin is sin. We all are born sinners, And salvation is to All. God can save a murder just as he can save someone that has good moral values, But are still a sinner. There is only ONE unpardonable sin, & that is sinning against the Holy Ghost, I have had people ask me how do they know if they ever sinned against the Holy Ghost. I told them if they feel something tugging at their heart's door, they have Not commited that sin, Because if a person have commit the unpardonable sin, God will NEVER deal with that people again. And we can not get saved, if God does not convict us of our sins.

You mean the Apostle Paul shouldn't be allowed into heaven?
"Fair" means giving a person what is rightfully theirs, what you own them. God doesn't owe us anything, and no-one has a right to salvation. Salvation is a free gift. Just be thankful He made it available to you when you repented of your sins, and don't worry about which of His other children He offers it to as well.

Had that person been taught the 10 commandments, perhaps he wouldn't have been a murderer. No-one knows what drives a person to do the unthinkable. Maybe a form of mental illness.
God knows what his problem is and he will be the ultimate judge of that person. And I for one do not question his judgment.

Paul the apostle of Jesus Christ made a point of persecuting Christains and having them killed and God forgave him.
It is not up to us who decides who gets into heaven.
Christianity is not for the good and the upright it is also for the sinner who needs to repent.

No it doesn't seem fair. But it also doesn't seem fair that God would forgive my sins. The Bible says that all sin is a barrier to God, but Christ came to earth to die, and pay the penalty for our sins. To be saved, you also have to be truly sorry for your sins and repent from them, which means to turn away from them. We can't fool God, He knows our hearts.
Is it fair. To our way of rationalizing, no it's not. But to God, all things are possible.

It's like this (apparently) - all people fall short of the mark. In that case, everyone who has done something wrong can be forgiven for it, no matter what that wrong might be.
Actions do have consequences, though. You might be forgiven in an eternal sense, but you should still do your time in jail if that is what the law of the land decrees.

God set the rules. Fortunately He did not depend on man to make that decision for Him. Jesus said" he who will come unto me, I will in no wise cast out." He died on the cross as the supreme sacrifice for all sin. He died so that we (all sinners) could have everlasting life. I know it is hard to fathom with human minds, but that is all we have. So we accept a lot on faith. There is no degree of sin with God, Sin is sin and Jesus paid the price for Sin.
