my friend lost a baby . and i wasnt sure how to advise her on what to eat , because the tissue came out she was 3 months pregnant and the fetus . i advised her to eat toast with butter for 12 hours and then drink tea but i then taught maybe she should eat something rich in iron or a steak atleast something wholesome .because of some blood loss can someone tell me the apropriate way in which i should advise her to eat for the next 48 hours atleast.

I think it was advisable to tell her to have a light meal, she probably doesn't feel like eating anyway as she will be upset at losing the baby, but after my misacrriage, which was quite heavy, i took Iron tablets for a couple of months. Good on you for looking after her.

If she eats at all would be an accomplishment. She is probably very emotional right now and if I was her friend I would make sure she is eating at all

she can eat what ever she can tolorate, There is not diet or restriction on that.

She can eat anything she wants. she isn't sick,
