Yeap Know many, Good friends with them. Very peaceful people and very kind and generous. I changed my views on Muslims after meeting and becoming friends with them. Hope this answers your question!

I know 2 Muslims. Though one is neither Shi'ite or Sunni. THe other is actually a friend of my hub's... but we have not hardly spoken to him since 9/11. The first one I was referring to is the ONLY one I have EVER seen or heard of that has spoken against the actions of the Extremist Muslim groups. But, also note, that other Muslims have been known to call her an Americanized Muslim (according to her, it's akin to one Christian called another Christian a FALSE Christian). The second one has not said anything for or against... but his father said, the day after 9/11 - "There should have been more Jews in the building". I find this to be sickening... especially when I don't see any others speaking out and most of them are telling everyone "Islam is Peace" I say PROVE IT. Killing people because they say insulting things about your religion is NOT proving it....

This is as respectful as I can get right now as I have lost almost all respect for these people.

Yes, and yes.
I have no problem with most Muslims.
I'm a Christian, yet I own two copies of the Koran. I haven't read them completely from cover to cover, but I'm working on that.
My ONLY problem with Muslims is that it seems that even though they abhor the terrorists, they're also not doing enough to help rid the world of them.
Also, many theocratic countries such as Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are indoctrinating their children with hate, using the Koran. This is really scary to me.
Islam in itself is NOT a bad religion. I don't think any religion really is, except perhaps satanism. The problem is how it's translated, and then implemented to the more gullible.

My husband and I are Christians and his best friend is Muslim. I see him as my brother and I respect him. We never talk about religion though which is a good thing. That always ends up in disagreements

Yes, I know several Muslim people. I have worked with them, and many of the guys at my gym are Muslim. Then again, at my gym, it is a very mixed crowd. I have had no problem with any of them. They are all peace-loving people who are friendly and sincere, and who are displeased with the terrorists. At work, they have been very professional and courteous.

YES.I do have.
They are missing the sanity and misguided in the name of religion. If somebody from them wants to come out from the situation there is always a way but it requires courage and also one has to miss some comforts and be very very strong in mind.
Really this question is the subject which requires hunderds of pages to answer and still something more remains.
