yes but it's more discomfort than actual pain - a bit like a slight burning feeling. the more relaxed you are, the less painful it is.
everyone is different in terms of bleeding - it's most likely that you will have a couple of spots of blood afterwards.

Just want to say someone implied making love (sex) was nasty ....
Please ignore them
Making love and sex with someone you are deeply connected to is one of the most beautiful things in the world, don't listen to the crazy people just take care, relax yourselves enjoy it.
If i was going to have sex for the first time again (wouldn't be possible now) I would take a long uninterrupted weedend afternoon (no phones or friends or relatives near by)and build up to it slowly over quite a few hours by nuturing each other and becoming 1000% comfortable with each other. Might be worth going away for the weekend to ensure you make the best of this very special moment.
Hope you guys have a beautiful time and become more connected than ever.

It would definitely hurt and most girls bleed but not all.. Just make sure that you are ready to do it. Watching sex movies might help so u both would know what to do since both of you are virgins.. It would just come naturally in you, you will see... Just don't forget to have protection when you do it...

It depends on the individual. It wasn't painfull for me just a bit uncomfortable. My boyfriend said he felt more discomfort. It depends on how easily the hymen (that little bit of skin that determines you being a virgin) breaks in girls. The bleeding is simply from the piece of skin tearing and whether its thicker or thinner. I also didn't bleed. But again i have heard it can be a little bit painfull. Its more of a fear of the unknown and it seems more sore. But either way, try to relax and both of you go slow. Have fun!

It doesn't hurt for a guy but if you're not properly aroused (and therefore not as well lubricated as you might be) it might be tight and hurt. You have to be relaxed enough - too tense and you'll be too tight, if you get my meaning ;-)
You might bleed if your hymen hasn't been torn already by tampons or athletic movement - but I'm not sure that all women do and even if they do that you'd notice.

Everyone is different. Your hymen may be broken even if you are a virgin so it may not hurt at all and you may not bleed either.
Expect a bit of both as you should expect both. It's not torture so just relax and enjoy the most memorable moment of your entire life.

WELL, IT HURT ME PERSONALY. IT'S NOT NESSESSARILY PAINFUL, THOUGH. WITH ME, IT WAS REALLY PAINFUL THE FIRST COUPLE OF TIMES, ALTHOUGH I WAS RELAXED AND REALLY TURNED ON. BUT DON'T WORRY- THE PAIN FADES AWAY AFTER A FEW MINUTES. ALSO U MAY NOT BLEED AT ALL. I HAD ONLY A DROP OF BLOOD. DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH FROM THE FIRST TIME ALSO- U MAY NOT LIKE IT AT ALL. THE PLEASURE COMES LATER. ALSO MAKE THE KISSIG AND THE WHOLE LOVE GAME BEFORE THE ACTUAL INTERCOURSE ITSELF AND MAKE SURE U BOTH R EXCITED AND TURNED ON ENOUGH. GOOD LUCK

Seriously the more you think that its going to hurt and your going to bleed the more uptight you become and the more it will hurt. If your ready you'll know it because you'll be relaxed and comfortable together and you wont be contemplating whether or not it is going to hurt. You clearly are not ready.

You have to be gentle... lots of foreplay then you can go for gold... if you're not ready yet, remember one thing:
"You can always be what I am but I can never be what you are again" a virgin that is.
i.e. if you think you're rushing in, stop and think... but if you are going to do it, share it with that one special person that no matter what happens, you wont regret
