why cant i talk to her but i can talk to any other girl like she is my little sister?
also i need help on how to respect her

Just talk to her about her. Ask her about what is going on in her life, what she likes to do, if she could go anywhere in the world where would she go and why, what is her dream job...get the picture? You can't talk to her because you like her very much and you don't want that to be obvious when you are around her...then you don't know what to say because you don't want to say the wrong thing and feel like a dork nor do you want her to know your feelings for her. But just try to be yourself, have fun, relax and if it's meant to be it will be.
I'm a little hesitant about your question of how to respect her. Have you not respected her and if not how? You just treat her like you would want to be treated yourself. Good luck!!!

You find it hard talking to her as you find her attractive. The respect bit is easy treat her they way you would want her to treat you. If you know the girl start a conversation about something you know interests her. Hay presto the ice is broken! By the way dont talk to girls like there your little sister that's how you speak to a female freind. Remember if you find a girl attrative you should make her feel like she's attractive! All else fails try a cheesy chat up line. These are very bad but will make her laugh. Again braking the ice. try
You: "Hi how are you?"
Her: "I'm fine"
You: "I noticed!"

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with

it doesn't matter what you say, eg 'that teacher is nice'. she will get the message that you are interested in her. if you get a friendly response from her, you will know that she is also , at least, mildly interested, too. you can show her respect by being friendly, not sexy. you should show her that you're interested in her as a person, not because of her physical attributes.
