I power walk 5 times a week.. how long til i notice its working?!

im eating healthy too so working in the sense of toning up

Don't know what you are looking for. I started walking 5 miles a day, not power walking, just at a brisk pace. I had more energy immediately. In two weeks all of my celluite was gone. I wasn't overweight, just under toned. It is great.

I power walk 7 times a week at least twice a day, i only noticed improvement after i added oter excerise into the equation, power walking alone doesn't really gain fast results probably have to do it at least 3 months to even begin seeing them.

you should definatly feel fitter after just 2 weeks but it will take a month to 6 weeks before you show any signs of toning up, well done keep it up !

My personal trainer tells me it takes six weeks before you start to see any results from exercise
