Your planning is at fault!
A cat knows exactly, what it wants to eat at any given time !
You ,as his "person " have failed to keep your stocks of biscuits up to date !
Shame on you ! With all that feline training lavished on you,
and you do a thing like that !!!!.
I hope by the time you read this , your beloved , has sped to your door and you have the means, to rush out and save your cat from a slow lingering starvation .
( ham and meaty pouches indeed !)
Your cat will forgive you ,when you rush in with the appropriate snack .
and will soon be purring on your lap again , thinking about his next meal..
Cats rule !!

He's got you trained hasn't he? He's not starving or he'd eat the ham. Leave a bit of the ham down and do something else.
If bf has a mobile phone, call him and ask him to stop at Tesco to get biscuits. If a neighbor has a car and you don't care about letting them know just how whipped you are, beg a ride to the store.

I have the same problem. Luckily I made a chicken casserole first thing this morning ready for tonight, so I was able to offer her some chicken and that seemed to satisfy. Do you have anything like cream or yoghurt or cheese that he might like as a treat, just to keep his mind off the biscuits?

Put small, light objects in the empty box. Close it hermetically. Put it down on the floor. Hope will make your cat play and go crazy with it while you go out to get new biscuits... before he finds out the truth and tears the house apart !

sprinkle a few breakfast cereals on the mat,
if the cat continues meowing, serve it with a ASBO
this tends to sort the juevenile delequents out.
Failing that next best thing is a piece of bread that has been dipped in milk.

Have you ever heard the saying - dogs have masters and cats have slaves? your cat doesnt care if there are none left he just wants the bisuits and thats that - you will probably have to put up with his noise until you can go out and get some more :)

You've got to be firm but fair, look deep into his/her loving eyes and wag your finger a lot saying no. Failing that, call 999 and ask for "The Cat Biscuit Emergency Response Team" C-BERT for short, actually that's got ring to it, don't you think?

ayyy-yay-yay! I have the same exact problem right this moment. And I can't do anything about it until Alberson's opens in another hour or so.
We just have to ignore the pitiful meowing or distract them with playing.

Give him some money and tell him to go to the shops and choose his own. Failing that give him cuddles and play with him till your bf gets back.
