Sounds like he's going through the '' I think I want something more out of this relationship, but I don't want to jump right in and jeopardise our friendship'' I f it were sex he was after he would have tried something on your 'date'. taking you away for the weekend sounds like he want to see how things might be with just the two of you and no distractions rom friends or family. He's going about it totally the right wayand it sounds like you're curious to find your good friend has suddenly seen you in a different light. Go with it. Give him a chance and you never know...it could be the best decision you ever made! x

Well it sounds like he is interested but he's probably being shy. It can be so difficult to go from friends to lovers, he might just feel a bit awkward making the move. Go away for the weekend, have a couple glasses of wine and things will probably work out...

This guy is a total player or super shy. You'll figure out which in due time. I would lean towards shy (as he is escalating the interaction the two of you have while still not making a move; cute, but probably a little annoying, heh?), and, if so, he's waiting to catch a "no doubt" signal from you. See if you like him. I think you'll find out he's already made his mind up about you.

If he hasnt tried to make a move yet, he might have some respect in him. Maybe he just enjoys your company and wants to get to know you better. What you like to do, how you act when u go places...but only he knows the answer to that.

What do you want ?

You have not told us ?

Have you told him what you want ?

He may not know what he wants, might be going slowly or could be trying to figure you out and if you want him.

If you like him might be worth dropping subtle hints, if this doesn't work start dropping less subtle hints and if you stll like him for heavens sake risk not looking cool or looking good or being embarrassed in the moment and tell him that you fancy him !!!!

Maybe he will want to have sex with you and he's just backward at coming forward

If you don't find him attractive that could be a stumbling block

Insist on separate rooms - if you get on that well, it won't matter if one of the rooms isn't used for one night ;-) - if you don't get on well, you know you can retreat to your room and lock the door!

it doesnot matter much what he wants .. it's all about waht you want.? do you want to start something with him or you are happy to have him as a freind.. he respects you and i think llikes you as a person. i didnot use the word only friend coz one can never be sure of such things.... so donot expect much to happen.. just go with the flow.. have a good time .. if something has to happen it will happen ...

Being friends first can be a fantastic basis for a long and good relationship.

This might be a controversial suggestion, but why not just ask him?
