If you have the money and can afford one, why not?

However if you are going into debt and want one for the wrong reasons, it would be wrong.

Finally, if you have the money and are using it all on yourself and not giving to others who are in need - that seems wrong and does not honor God.
If you are a Christian and asking for yourself, I am sure you already know that :)

Take care

p.s. I work with a Christian woman. She and her husband are very wealthy (but not showy). She and her husband both drive Jaquars. She is also the most generous person I have ever known. One day when my car was in the shop, she gave me her keys and told me to take her car. Of course, I refused and she said "it's just a car"! I was totally blown away!

A BMW for a XTIAN !!! no way... because if you were following your imaginary friends book then you'd know you should give all of your wealth to the poor.. and be poor yourself.

To avoid hell It would probably be best to take the bus. Owning and driving a BMW will secure you a reserved place in the imaginary "HELL" Xtains talk of.

All the best :-)

Yes, but a Jew wouldn't because the company was part of the Third Reich. Same for Volksvagen, Mercedes etc.

Driving these cars is antisemitic

Why not? it's just a car, besides, BMW's are overrated.
God wants us to have nice things and to prosper, but when those "things" become more important then God,then,,,well..
It is idolatry,,,Read the Book of Ecclesiastes, it tells of Solomon, who, upon obtaining all a man can obtain, Money, Power, Women, Children, education, after all that, Solomon said that it is all vanity.

Solomon opened up that book with the words "Ecc 1:2 Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all [is] vanity.

No! That would represent self indulgence and an utter disregard of the humility that the bible teaches. Oh but wait, why then do so many do so?

Of course it is. Why do people think Christians are suppose to drive broken down cars - not that you're saying that - I've heard people say this in the past. God wants his kids happy as long as they are not selfish, greedy, taking it all for themselves type people.

Sure. A Christian can drive whatever they want. If GOD places you in a position of wealth that's great and if GOD places you in a position of poverty that's great too. Its not about wealth. Wealth is a product of the world. If you place it above GOD ... NOW you got a problem.

GOD bless ya.
