Like most of the solutions at here I say take him to the vet. Rubber bands are risky to cats and people who say in any different case have basically been fortunate. If he isn't eating, vomiting or going to the bathing room those are all indications that some thing is incorrect. The vet will possibly do a barium sequence with x-rays so as that they could see if there's a blockage(complete or partial) and to come to a decision the superb process action to handle getting him to the two pass it or for them to do away with it.

Isn't docking your cat's tail with an elastic band illegal? If you get reported and arrested for animal cruelty, in the long run, docking your cat's tail with an elastic band at home will be HEAPS more expensive than getting it done properly at the VET, you fool.
Lucky for me my cat was born wth a docked tail - looks like a pom-pom at the end of his butt.

Why not do both tie it with an elastic band then tell the vet someone else did it and get the vet to chop off the rest.
Tell the vet it's a stray so you dont have to pay.

Try the elastic band method on yourself first....if, after a few weeks your testicles turn black, you will know the method works. Maybe you can get a useful job in a vasectomy clinic (preferably as a demonstration model)...and spend some time learning to spell simple words like which, and use of commas, capital letters etc.

If you purchased the cat and are unable to have it neutered... you need to sort it out via the vet you sadistic wanker... what are you thinking? And really, how does an elastic bank neuter it? Get a life and get a grip or get rid of the cat to a new home with people who can care for it properly!

if u are serious then u shouldnt be allowed to even keep pets, and the rest of u psycho's that said use an elastic band, u people are so sad,i hope none of u have pets?! u know what is said about people who start off bein cruel 2 animals! give the cat 2 someone who will look after it, not torture it.

Let's do a experiment. Take same elastic band, wrap it tightly on YOURSELF(enough to make the tissue necrotic), and leave it just like that for a day. If YOU get through that day with no pain and screaming your head off then maybe( no not really) you can go "fix" the cat
