Patience is a virtue! All you can do (sadly) is wait.
I had my hair chopped hideously short 4 years ago and its taken until now for it to reach the middle of my back.
Vitamin D apparently boosts hair and nails so maybe eating foods with that in is worth a try.

no ditch the extensions they r like the most disguisting things than human invented! instead be natural and patient ur hair wont grow that fast if you have an afro hair, just clip it let it free wear hair bands and it will look cute and girlie, make sure u use some coconut mask or something with oils so that ur hair grows, also if you wash them often they grow fast too, whatever u do dont use extensions since u are so young and you wanna stay with a healthy hair for longer!

Way to not read the question. They said it was short like Paris' real hair. Not afro like Paris' real hair.

I truly have this concern, except mine's no longer getting any shorter, it in simple terms received't strengthen as long as i'd like. i imagine the major challenge is to maintain away from putting pressure on the hair and your scalp. change your hairstyles usually so as that pressure isn't on a similar spot. not in any respect use elastic bands till they're coated in fabrics. in case you could, sleep on a silk or satin pillow case, that would want to be sensible with the moisture loss that you get with cotton and polyester pillow situations. even with the indisputable fact that, you would possibly want to easily cover your hair with a silk or satin do-rag or headscarf. Get trims usually, ideally each and every 6 weeks. Afro hair regularly breaks because its no longer getting adequate moisture. You gotta keep in mind that each and every twist and turn of the Afro hair strand makes it tougher for the organic oils on your scalp to achieve the ends so moisure is the major. I truly have committed myself to giving my hair a ideal clinical care each and every fortnight (even as that's no longer weaved), which consists of washing my hair, conditioning with both a warm oil clinical care or hair mayonnaise plus a moisturising conditioner. I then bypass lower than the hood dryer for 30 minutes. you could purchase inflatable ones for type of £25. As for the era of time you could bypass without washing your hair, that varies. It relies upon on your hair type and your way of existence. someone it quite is amazingly lively, swims or is going to the gym could wash their hair extra regularly that someone who does little or no (like me!) i imagine that the coarsest, kinkiest Afro hair can bypass about 3-4 weeks earlier it needs washing yet someone with hair that has a looser curl trend and finer hair might want to favor to bathe their hair each and every 2 weeks. I attempt no longer to bypass longer than 4 weeks max and that is in elementary words even as i'm being lazy. i'm keen to come back to a call to doing my hair remarkable once a fortnight.
