Yes. Man has lived without religion longer than with it. We've been here a long time. Man made religion for his self. I mean, come on. A sun god? It's just superstition that grew over the many years. But I say, believes what suits ya.

Religion has to be lived; not merely professed. Make a count of all the good deeds. And you find them all in Religion. Can the mankind 'live' wothout good deeds ?

Yes, we can. Religion is just to guide us. We can easily survive if we are free thinkers just like how free thinkers are doing now. We can do good without a religion to prompt us to do thus. We can believe in helping and compassion without religion. Therefore, we can live without religion.

I think we could live without religion but would never be able to live without a Higher Power ...whatever that might be to each individual...but to be without THAT...look at our world now WITH IT...I can't imagine what it would be without it!! I love Jesus and can't fathom what my world would be without His love for me.

We have tried that in the twentieth century, the age of secular humanism, and that's why things are in the mess they are now. When people deny God, or twist the message of the true God into some short-sighted personal platform, the bottom drops out of their culture -- cruelties and abuses follow.

Yes, it's the cause of much hatred and leads to war, I don't believe it's godly to discriminate, yet for some reason god botherer's are the worst culprits.
