My brother-in-law is into snowboarding and we got him a Swiss Army Knife, Snowboarders edition. It has cool gadgets on it for snowboarders as well as the usual stuff.
Speaking as a female, that'd be a cool present to get. But maybe some flowers as well, to balance things out.
If you can't afford all of that, how about a romantic candlelit homecooked meal for her, with Westlife music playing in the background?

Buy a snowboard, get an artist to paint Westlife on it and then Westlife to sign it - if you'll manage that, she'll be so totally impressed with you!
