eg: i have a paper with my date of birth wrongly mentioned.I want to add 1 before the date.I want the font to be the same or somethin near to it.Is tat possible?

The software you're looking for is an OCR software. Basically, it converts text from scanned pages into editable formats, often preserving the fonts, text size etc. You can then export it to Microsoft Word for print and further editing.

you can use photo editing softwares like Adobe photo shop and also you can OCR the same page using Abby Fine Reader or Scan soft Omnipage to make the page fully(not the images) text.
Now the job is easy. But i am no sure how perfect it can be
