Having liver is a normal human condition. With present medical technology the way it is, you could not survive without one. Your liver require no unusual treatment.
If you think you may have a disease of your liver, then see your doctor. He can help you discover what might be wrong, if anything, and suggest what you should do for the illness. Forget about "Carter's Liver Pills" etc. They should be sued for false advertisement.
Possession of a normal functioning liver is a good thing that requires no "treatment." There are hundreds of things that can go wrong with the liver, and there is no panacea which takes care of them all.
At least an attempt at proper diagnosis should occur before treatment begins. See your doctor.

I use naturals, that are not herbal and do not cause any adverse effects. The liver is the only organ that can regenerate itself. The naturals I use repair cells, prevent them from further damage and keep your body in balance. They are so highly regarded in the medical world, that 2000 doctors have left their practices to use them full time, as they get better results. There are magazines that are devoting more and more space to this subject. Sorry, I can't name it here for advertising reasons. One magazine, Breakthroughs in Health had recently devoted the entire magazine to this subject.
In the last three years, I have not had to rely on drugs at all, and have not fallen ill. Prior to that, I had various ailments that my doctor could do nothing for.

Some thyroid disorders can be cured, but many require lifetime treatment. Learn here https://tr.im/2LgCq
For example, sometimes early stage thyroid cancer can be cured by surgery to remove the thyroid gland, but you will need to take thyroid hormone medication afterwards for the rest of your life. Goiters can also be surgically removed and do not always recur after surgery. In most cases, thyroid disorders need treatment over a lifetime. However, with treatment most people with thyroid disorders can live normal, healthy lives.

Non what so ever, as you can expect a worse malfunction of your liver by using herbals as most of them are toxic to your liver.
