In many cases, it seems that taking revange is granted in their religous book, if done will be rewarded in heaven (which no men knew that stupid planet) . Why such cruel thinking in their religious book.

Hi Adraya,

I'm sorry, hun, but have you actually read the Quran? It actually says in the Quran that the only reason to retaliate would be if something was done to us first. Even then, it says in the Quran that to forgive and overlook is way better in the eyes of God. I personally don't believe in revenge, and I like to think of myself as a good muslim. I can only speak for myself, but I believe that most muslims feel the same as me, that if someone incites violence against us, even then we would be hesitant to fight them, for fear of displeasing God. Regardless of what you've heard about Islam, its main emphasis is on maintaining peace. Just as I could have passed up your question, I chose not to because I believe this is a good opportunity to establish understanding. I only approach you with love, because I know you're just listening to what you've been fed by the media. That's not what muslims are really like. Hopefully you will realize this. Peace.

Like so many misinterpretations of major religions this all depends on how you read the text. All major religions suffer from the same dilemmas (Christianity to has the 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you - which can be intepreted as the 'eye for an eye' principle). The book itself preaches no such thing!! Read it sometime! And read the bible while you're at it!

if you are fair with ur question. then i dare you to show us the positive verses in the Quran. or a positive thing about Islam. you will never do it. because your main focus is to show as much negative though against Islam.

Islam asked us to forgive when we can. hold your anger and forgive people mistake ( Quran 3:134). and push the good behavior over the evil one, be friends with our enemy (Quran 41:34) . and come to peace with those who come to us with peace. (Quran 8:61)

There are also moderate Muslims, as well as fanatics in other religions (including fanatic "Christians" who approve of NATOzi war crimes against Serbs).
