it just symbolises to children that pluto is goofy's pet!

Children all know that DOGS walk on all fours, and if both pluto and goofy were to walk the same way (either on 2 or 4 legs) then children would get confused

nicely Goofy is extraordinarily goofy and does not comprehend he's a dogs. Pluto, on the hand thinks he's a typical dogs. and actually those mutts are the two basically super cartoons. To undesirable they do no longer lead them to like that anymore.

dont know cartoons are messed up, pluto doesnt talk either does he?, goofy does. and how come in cartoons they walk about all the time with no clothes on, or just a t-shirt but when they come out the bath they have a towel round their waist?

well goofy can talk and pluto can't so maybe thats why goofy stands on his 2 feets ..its just a cartoon
