Why do you expect businesses to communicate clearly, politely and with confidentiality to you? Those are the same reasons it is important to your customers

they would come back...they would sometimes show you respect....shows that you're mature and can be trusted to run a business...and you would want them to say nice things about you..you should communicate confidentially w/ customers b/c it shows you know what you are doing and if you communicate politey, that shows curtisy adn respect for customers(even the rude ones). politeness shows you have patience for the customer and will anser their questions the best way you can.
