Shi'a literally means "party" or "partisans" but refers specifically to the "party of 'Ali and his descendents."

The Shi'a supported the claims of 'Ali and his line to the right to the caliphate and leadership of the Muslim community, and on this issue they divided from the Sunni in the major schism within Islam. Later schisms have produced further divisions among the Shi'a over the identity and number of imams. Most Shi'a revere Twelve Imams, the last of whom is believed to be hidden from view and waiting, rather than actually dead.

That is mean and doesn't say much for what type of person you are.

True, if I were converting to Islam, it would be Sunni. BUT! With the attitude of much of the world now toward Muslims (thanks to the media), I would think that you would want to only make people see the good of Islam (no matter which sect), and to teach people that Islam is a good religion, and that all Muslims are not terrorists, as so many think.

You are wasting your time and energy. There is only one Glorious Islam as religion. Shia and sunni are two different school of thoughts in Islam. Other religions also have such differences but they rarely hit each other. Try to learn from differences but do not involve in challenges.

Are you serving your religion? You are serving the devil who wants divisions and multiplications wherein you stand!!!

Hope;get more and judge before speaking.
God save your soul - ameen.

Why don't you go the whole way & save time - just kill this shia like a lot of sunnis do.
When will muslims learn to live & let live.

it is very sad that your only aim is to embarrass him instead of trying to learn something

rolando you are absolutely incorrect. i am a shia person myself and the word shiite that you are thinking of was created by western propaganda the correct english interpretation (accepted by shias themselves) is shia or shiia

with everything that is going on in the world and the views of Islam it is absolutely pitiful that we are not more united as Muslims...

No need to challenge another Muslim. Do you have Islamic values? If NOT better get them you shall be a better person.

Why to challenge it?

Are you interested to be shia?

If you are interested to convert, don't wase your time with bunch of loosers. Convert to Islam (Sunni).
