Jal jeera taken 20 mins before a meal will help in digestion.

Mint leaves paste 2 tsp.
Ginger piece 1/4 "
Fresh coriander paste 1/2 tsp.
Black salt To taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Jal jeera powder 1 tsp.

1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind to paste.
2. Add 3/4 glass chilled water and add 1 tsp. of jal jeera powder. Stir well
3. Strain the mixture.
4. Garnish with besan bundi and a slice of lemon.

Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale are excellent for digestion. They are non alchoholic and easily available in big grocerey stores.
By the try having a Coca Cola or Thums Up they too aid in digestion. I've tried all of them and Thums Up works best for me.

Take 4 to 5 drops of ANGUSTRA BITTER(liquore) add it in fresh lime soda
& have it chilled
