Well I guess you should be commended for your "honesty" but yes that is a violation of the rights of "beveiled" people and it is also extremely prejudiced.

I cannot quite see how the security reasons come into play. I don't think they are going to be carrying a Kalashnikov under their veil...

And surely their money is the same as anybody else's?

Still if you have valid reasons for fearing them, related to the area your petrol pump is situated in, asking them ( presuming you mean ladies) to show their faces to another woman should not be a any sort of problem.

To my knowledge you have the right to not serve someone, I would say especially if they using credit card, pubs ban people, you just have to put a sign out side clearly saying remove headgear.

If I went out in a ninja costume i would have to take my head scarf off, so what gives.

Have you ever been robbed by a veiled person? If you have genuine security concerns (And some degree of proof) - fine. But are you a business or not? Do you want people to come in and spend their cash or not?

Veiled or not, they would have to be *very* thin to get into a petrol pump

You probably ask motorcyclists to remove their helmets for the same reason. I see no problem.
