I see my entire life has led to a single moment, of stark realization, as recent events which transcend all my previous experience and knowledge move me .. to this moment today.. to this state of grace i have entered.. because of some amazing force beyond all my knowing.. love, pure love.. and a stranger on the other side of the world who fate has brought into my world.. my soul-mate.. from around the world she took my breath away.. then she breathed into me and filled me with love.. and in giving her my heart and taking hers into mine, I have been exalted, lifted to the highest state of grace.. to love, pure, eternal, absolute love, and I am taken so very far up my journey, my life long quest, my spiritual growth.. I am become love.. and I have become a believer in a power beyond all knowledge.. love.. love moves mountains, it is often said, and I am here now to say that love moves the world.. love does make the world go round.. without love, there can be no world for me.. and i see my destiny unfolded in fron tof me.. to live life with love.. and call it fate.. cal it destiny.. call it the hand of God.. by any name.. it just is.. and today I accept this fate, this destiny.. and this amazing gift of love.. come what may.. I know without doubt, this is my fate, this is my destiny..

Yes, I do believe in that completely. Fate or Destiny plays a major role in one's finding love. But I don't say that when fate plays its part on us, we could be certain that we have chosen the right persons for us. Sometimes, we pick the wrong persons whom we don't deserve at all but still, it's Destiny that made them so.

I'll tell you about my experience. I used to live in Greece and during summer period i worked as a receptionist in Santorini. Everything happened when i was 25.Generally,i couldn't believe in fate until that moment. I remember that i saw the man that now is my husband for a second and he looked deeply into my eyes as i was giving him the keys for his room.I felt like i was waiting for him,that i always knew him.He was so different from any other guy..We had the chance for a couple of days to be together .But unfortunately i had to go to Athens for a week because of a family matter.When i came back he was not there.For these two days we were talking and i knew nothing about him.For example his name,where he comes from.Nothing.And he knew nothing about me too..After a couple of months,my cousin-who works as a doctor at Helsinki-found me a job as a nurse there.So i decided to change my life, go there and forget about him.I remember that i was with some friends at a bar and suddenly a guy spilled his drink on me.So when i turned to talk to him,i saw the man with whom i was in love.I don't know if my story makes things clear to you but for me this is considered to be a sign from fate.So,after that experience i believe that some people come into our lives to stay and this is unavoidable.

I was once told by a girl 'if its meant to be it will be'...
she told me that 4 years ago when i left her in South Africa to come back home to the UK to study...i was cut up about it real bad and never thought i would ever get over her...
4 years down the line and we are not together but still in touch and i think about her often... but i am converted to the idea that if it is meant to be then it will be...
so i guess that would be a yes to your question
