Here is a website that lists Italian restaurants in different parts of the city.
http://www.london-eating.co.uk/cuisines/italian.asp
I can only personally vouch for Loconda-Ottoemezzo
I can also recommend Quaglino in Bury St, St James. although not stricty speaking Italian.
Hope this helps - enjoy your meal!

Paisono's has severe rankings, yet i do no longer think of of it particularly is one I quite have eaten at. We pass to San Antonio each and every so often and placed an mind-blowing Northern Italian eating place with super wine checklist hidden in a miles off corner of the walk next to a brilliant inn (regrettably i'm poor with names). finding on Google, i think of of that it truly is optimal in all risk Michelino's at 521 River walk. You being there , you're able to desire to study it out—whether it grew to develop into into quite Italian (we are residing in Chicago). i'm specific you're additionally attentive to Boudro's (no longer—Italian yet i be attentive to that decision for specific) which has an mind-blowing lunch and that they make clean guacomole table part. i desire to be there back rapidly and revisit those places and write down there names. desire you get exhilaration from..
