Depends on the context of the question...Technically - it implies the time you leave your house, however, some folks use it to refer the start time of the job.

It means what time you leave home for work. However, it could mean what time one starts work. Just ask whoever's asking if you need clarification.

What I do sometimes is I say both.

For example,

"Well, I leave home at about 6:30 and my job starts at 7:00."

Or, I do it the opposite way.

"Well, I start work at 7:00, so usually I leave at about 6:30."

I go to work at 7am and I return around 6pm. My working hours are 8am to 4:30, but once I leave my house, I am in work mode. As the others said, it depends on the context of the question and conversation, and clarification is needed.

What time you leave home. "Go to" is a piece of sentance like saying I am in the process, it means you doing it but it is not done. :)
