some TVs have an internal fuse. you had to remove the back cover to see it.
it was round glass and you can see if the center is blown/melted away. if so replace it.
some had a hole in the back of the case that you could insert a pencil into with a reset button for an internal breaker.
look it over closely in bright light.
it may be blown, might be fixable.

I used to repair electronics for a small, high end audio Co. We used to get returns from all over the US but my favorite were the lightening strikes. I could tell right away when one was a strike unit because at least 3 IC's were blown. Most everything else, survives except sometimes a Capacitor would blow too. Basically, if the reset idea doesn't work it will make a good paper weight, too much stuff blows out, and they say the stuff that remains isn't too stable either. Other than replacing the entire main board with a used one, that can work, but you have to find a main board.

If you are lucky the fuse inside will be blown and so will the bridge rectifier diodes. Just replacing the fuse will result in another blown fuse so the power supply needs to be checked preferably by a TV tech ! Good luck anyway Pete
