i just got a new ariel for freeview and 2 new wires connecting from the ariel to 2 tv's upstairs, how much did you pay as i think ive been been ripped off?

Had a new ariel install for £50 inc new ariel. Think it would cost you around £150-£200 pounds.
Hope you have not been ripped of dear.

Freeview box itself is around 30 - 40 pound.

A freeview box can cost you anywhere between £20 to £150. I don't know why they can go so high, when they all do the same thing.
As for aerials, it's only really if you need an upgrade. Many aerials don't need to be upgraded.

Bought a new MATSUI freeview topset box,remote,and all cables for £29.00(from CASH CONVERTERS)As i live in a block of flats,the aerial is communal,which the housing association sort out and pay for if there are any problems.

Tesco's have a freeview box for just £24.99 in their stores at the moment and it has a scart lead with it. Best buy I have found.

in asda i bought a freeview box for 19 quid and the wire to connect it all was around a fiver somple enough to connect it your self
