My flight from London to Prague with British Airways is 2 hours and 5 min. Most flights would be around this long.
Keep in mind though that there is a 1 hr time difference between London and Prague, so you will lose an extra hour.

Prague is one of the cities worth-visit and to achieve that you can begin planning your holiday with hotelbye . Starting with the charming place round the Prague Castle or the Strahov monastery with its outstanding library and finish with …the complete outstanding city, Prague is just incredible. In Prague you can also visit the little house wherever Franz Kafka worked or the beautiful Prague Castle gardens from where you could have a distinctive view of the city with its picturesque red roofs. In that town you will never get bored. If you should go throughout the spring you will discover the spring woods in flower; in the summertime you will dsicover long dusks; autumn will provide you with colorful leaves and special mild and in the wintertime you will like the entire town protected with innocent bright snow.
