without telling me your illness i cant help u in that area sorry so i don't know if the weights related to that, but at least its only a stone it could be far worse. stress can lead to weight gain or loss of it, if you go to your GP they can give you something for stress and i don't mean antidepressants there r lots of things on the market now for stress. Your husband may be handling the situation in his own way, but if you don't tell him what you want or how you feel he wont know ALL men are like that its just the way they are. good luck.

Sorry things are going so rough..but you get what you give in this world try to be more cheerful ...take a little more exercise you will find walking is a great way to chat to new people and forget being so stressed will also help your weight...don't confuse hubby being less attentive with him being contented and not feeling he has to impress you all the time...good luck

don't you hate when people tell you they know how you feel, I have Parkinson's and my husband is afraid because I shake during really great sex, I mean time together. He gets very afraid to touch me thinking he will hurt me or make it worse, it is time to talk and get back to bed it helps calms you and that is a Good thing
