How do you think you would honestly react if you awoke one morning to the radio, TV, and newspaper headlines that an archaeological team had just discovered what appears to be the remains of Jesus Christ in a secret tomb hidden in a cave just outside of Jerusalem? Also, what are your current religious affiliations and beliefs?

Such news if correct, would certainly explode belief in the resurrection. Stories have been written about this hypothesis, and at least a movie or two made.

LOL! What nitwit would thumbs me down? I'm a Christian too, but that doesn't mean that I refuse to use my brain for abstract thought. But YOU are a pinhead!

I won't believe... I'm christian.. and I believe with all my heart that Jesus Christ was rose from death...

Mathews 24:24-27 "24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
25 Behold, I have told you before.
26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."

First of all that would never happen because Jesus was resurrected on the 3rd day. Now in fantasy land if that happened do you think these people could actually prove it was Jesus, not. Now back to reality, I'm Southern Baptist and I believe Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and was resurrected on the 3rd day, I believe that the only way I'm getting to heaven is through Him. It all boils down to faith and if you don't have faith you don't have much.

IT WELL NEVER HAPPEN.unless u visited (alqods-Jerusalem) u have nothing.cause i did and i have seen what the Jew are really doing there.....they are not looking for the remains.they are making museums and u also have to pay to go in there.just 3$ and what do u see there? nothing.absolutely nothing..zero thing......they are doing holes under the mosque to destroy it,that's the only reason and we all know that FOR SURE, so stop acting ancient by saying that the remains well appear one day.....GOD.......... BE SERIOUS THOUSAND OF YEARS PASSED

I would not be surprised. But even then, some brain dead followers would deny it. Face it. Your Jesus was just a good Jew who got in over his head. Rose from the dead? No. Son of God? We are all sons and daughters of God. Sorry to burst your bubble folks, but how about joining the rest of us in the real world?

Hi, your hypothetical question of course is anti-Christian. Lets say your hyperbole comes to past; Jesus would have to be intact and recognizable, further at the big news conference He would come to life, lets say, and no one would believe it anyway. What are you in the FBI “Also, what are your current religious affiliations and beliefs?” Please go back to your hole, the fire is getting hotter just for you, run, run, run.. FBI stands Foreign Born, Ignorance.
