People / companies do not re-gun tubes now days.
Look at the tube neck and see if all three gun heaters are glowing. If they are then it is unlikely that there is any fault with the tube and you should look elsewhere for the fault.

It is unlikely that your CRT is faulty. You need to supply a better fault description, describe whats on the screen !! Pete
PS. Most Tv repair shops have a pic tube rejuvenator , takes a few mins and bascically it gives your CRT a boot up the **** ! how long it improves the CRT varies from 10mins to 12 mths !!
