those blocks are neither chedded nor cheese. they are processed "cheese" food flavored by yellow dye #6. oh wait, sorry thats mac 'n cheese thats yellow #6, the flavor your asking about would be red # 40, aka "chedder flavor". maybe they could just leave the "flavors" out and call it government tofu?
