Most places now do 0% comm with a fixed fee of around 2.50.
Don't waste your time trawling round a load of places as it will cost you more money than you will save.!!

I would say the Post Office and Marks & Spencer - both do very good deals.

Try the post office.
They have really updated their services lately as you will see from their website (I go on it a lot as I have insurance with them).

goa india try them its worth the money.nice and hot and sunny and lovely beaches good food.
