but if someone dont believe in god, he or she will lose god.

Atheists don't lose. They win.
They are scriptural scoffers. (Psalms) 1:1:3.
They will hate and rebuke God till the very end. Most of them prefer hell. They will get it. When you get what you want, you win. Right?
So. atheists win. They do win? Right?

You will lose nothing.
Don't be intimidated by the ignorant Bible bashers trying to frighten you with images of buring in Hell if you do not believe in God.
What you need to do in your life is to be honest with yourself, and keep an open mind. Read and think about all aspects of life -- including spirituality.
My own imression of God is as a creator of the universe and all laws that apply to it -- and everything in it -- including you. In fact, therefore, because God created you, you even have something of God, that is your spirit, within you.
You will eventually, in your own way and in your own good time, come to realize that.
Indeed, that is why you are here on Earth. To experiece, to think, to discover, to become enlightened.
Don't believe that God would ever turn you away just because you have not yet had time to discover your own way of percieving God.
That would be like a parent turning away from their baby because it had not yet learned to speak. Utterly ridiculous.
Please do not let the Bible bashers make you worried or confused.
Incidentally, God is not a name. It is just a lable used by some English speaking people at this point in history to try to refer to the creator that I mentioned to you. Several other names / labels have been used througout history and by different cultures.

i remember that you got idea to write book. then i can say u wanna be a writer or i can say one of artist. an artist has freedom to feel and express their opinion, so do human being. an atheist has freedom not to believe in god. some believe in love, hope, self-confidence and other interesting & powerful things.
i can say atheist is happy to lose what you call the big thing as they have other big thing. i am not hurting or insulting anyone's view. i love freedom of thought... including yours!

To people who believe God, they lose everything... especially the fact that they might not get to heaven.
To Atheist themselves, they lose nothing. Only maybe "social" time of going to church and the opinion of some people but it's probably not enough to stop them from being atheists, because if it has, they won't be one, right?

They "loose" the opportunity to receive the gift of Eternal Life since that is a Gift of God.

It amazes me how people can be so flip about God. People who don't believe will go to hell. When they stand before Jesus Christ on judgement day and have to answer for all they done, as we all will do, their going to know then.
