Seriously though i know how freakin upsetting that can be. Makes you so mad Right? But is it worth getting arrested for naw not really. Come on hun its just a pic. They did date once and he obviously is holding on lol way too long. But he has a right to use that picture. Trust me, I have a drama free life. You have to learn to control your emotions sometimes or they will be controlled for ya if ya know what i mean...hint hint ball and chain lol.

just.. be the MAN.
You either do it in the good or bad way.
Good way --> Just let him be. The girl's with YOU now. so, no worry. Its a fact already. It still won't change anything even if he puts their picture on the net.
Bad way --> Get people and beat him up...

you should tell your girlfriend about this and she should tell him to remove it. if she does'nt want to tell him then there's little to do, and if she asks him and the pic remains there, then you can report him. He cannot post pics against owner's wish.
