NO.

Drugs like Bupropion XL (Wellbutrin XL or Zyban) and Mirtazapine are not associated with sexual problems. Bupropion may increase the libido.

But all SSRIs cause sexual dysfunction and loss of libido. SSRIs are:
citalopram (Celexa, Cipramil, Emocal, Sepram)
escitalopram oxalate (Lexapro, Cipralex, Esertia)
fluoxetine (Prozac, Fontex, Seromex, Seronil, Sarafem)
fluvoxamine maleate (Luvox, Faverin)
paroxetine (Paxil, Seroxat, Aropax, Deroxat)
sertraline (Zoloft, Lustral, Serlain)

SSRIs are the first line of treatment for Depression and Anxiety.
But recent studies show that Bupropion XL is equally efficient in treating Depression and Anxiety with a better side effect profile. It doesn't cause weight gain like SSRIs. Compared to SSRIs Bupropion is better in the cases of cardiovascular safety, antidepressant induced mood swings, sexual side effects etc...

You must switch to Bupropion XL or Mirtazapine to avoid sexual side effects.

Bummer ! Some of that would have keep me out of all kinds of trouble!!
But maney of the newer drugs are haveing unexpected side efects. If the side effects are causing problems I'd see if alterntave medcation. Ask your pharmicest (there are quite often more up to date on the medcations than the doctors)
Check the "PDR" also.

I take major amounts and types of antidepreesants. For me the choice is clear meds / nonfunction/ suicide. It screws up libido big time.
