my bf was having a really rough time the other night & was so upset, i saw tears ( hes a type one diabetic & only 21) it upset me so much seeing him in so much emotional pain i was crying, he tells me in the middle of the night that he loves me, & of course i tell him i do 2. i mentioned that he said that earlier today, he's said it a few times now, & im wondering a little if hes saying it because im with him in times like that, & not leaving him, he keeps saying that im sucha nice girl

He is telling you that he loves you because he fell in love for you when he saw that you were not afraid of his condition and you are helping him both in good times and in bad times. If he tells you that he loves you, he must really mean it.

he is saying it because you are a nice girl and some one special in his heart otherwise he would not tell you that he loves you. he likes you and your co. and he enjoys being with you and you should be flattered by that!
