That she is trying to cough up a fur ball. I had to take her back to the vet and they said it was probably due to the tube they inserted. They had to also give me antibiotics as she had an infection under her sutures. That has healed but the cough is getting worse. She is also dribbling a lot and I noticed last night the fluid from her dribble is blood stained. I am so worried about taking her back to the same vet. Is this normal after surgery is there something I can give her that may help.

Sounds like your vet MAY have done some damage. Take your kitten to another vet.
As far as I know, tubes arent usually put right down a cat's throat, but I can only go by Aussie vets.
If the other vet says injury was caused by a tube or mis management, ask for it in writning and get all fees refunded by initial vet. Same with the infection under sutures. The vet did not take reasonable care.

Take your kitty to a different vet asap. Avoid the first one at all costs.

Get her checked at a different Vet. That doesn't sound right.

PLEASE take her to another vet to be seen ASAP. Blood in kitty's sputum sounds real serious.
