I asked before why do Christians believe in a book the Jews wrote when Jews don't believe in it? Most answers were because Jesus was a Jew. Ok. Now, how could you believe that, when Jews wrote the bible? Of course they would make themselves God's chosen people. They wrote the book!!! LOL If you become angry at my comment just prove (don't give me no passage from the bible!) Just prove to me how the son of God is Jewish? You can't nobody living now, was there back then. I'm not anti-semetic, but I refuse to believe Jews are the chosen ones! Why? God isn't supossed to love one group of people more than another and I live near many Jews, they're not that holy! Most are very rude, obnoxious, cheap, selfish, petty, and self rightous. Like I said, I have nothing against them, but the ones I live around are really assholes! God can't love them more!

People like RW really don't get it. I never said I hated them. The Jewish people I live around are ****** up but not in one part of my question did I say all of them are. Did I? Also, I feel negative about Christians feeling that Jews are "God's chosen people." Not negative against Jews themselves. As far as the sterotyping, hey I'm only talking about the Jewish people near me. I can't say anything about the one's anywhere else. Try reading my question before picking a fight with me. Ok?

hey...........Great Bible scholar.
read it and weep.
where God is through with the Jew forever, that’s an error, believe me. Yahweh God chose the Jewish people as His wife. And that’s Deuteronomy 7:7. But wait a minute, Christ chose the Christian as His wife for the future, and that’s I Peter 1:2, and Titus 1:1.
Now, both groups are elect, as I just said. And the Jew was God’s elect in Isaiah 42:1; 45:4, and 65 verses 9 and 22. And when Jesus comes back, we Christians are going to reign with Him from Jerusalem.
You should learn scripture before you preach it.

There is actually 2 parts to the bible. The old testament and the new testament. The old was written before jesus and the new after jesus. The jews and christians have different bibles. Jews do not believe in the new testament, therefore dont have new testament stuff. Christians do. Jesus being a jew has nothing to do with it. If you read the bible it explains everything. Christians did not come until after Christ. That is why there are now Christians. The word christians was actually kind of a "slanderous" word originally to describe a person who believes in Jesus as the Christ. Kind of like calling someone gay, i guess. Anyways, christians were jews(not necessarily all jews, could be anyone) who believed in the scriptures as the word of God and in the scriptures there are prophecies about a savior. Chrisitans believe that the prophecy was fullfilled with jesus and jews don't. Jews are still waiting for the Messiah. After Jesus' death the apostles wrote about Jesus and letters about how to live their lives according to the commandments and Jesus' teaching. Later, these letters became recognized as the inspired word of God and was accounted for as scriptures. THen later someone decided to take all the scriptures and put it into one convenient book. Now the real question is, do you believe that the God who created the universe and everything in it including you and me is big enough and powerful enough to speak through people and to guide people into making the bible. I do. I think it is crazy to think that God is not powerful enough to make the bible. I think it is crazy to think that God is not powerful enough to be able to come into the world he created as a human in the flesh (Jesus). Why wouldn't he be able to? Anyways, I know it is hard to understand and many people say that the bible contradicts itself and this and that, but when you really challange it, read it, study it...you will find it to be very accurate. Read the book the Case for Christ. It is about an atheist who challanged God.

I hope you do know that the jews were the ones responsible for the Crucifixion of Christ. I just look at the ones that wrote the different books in the Bible as holy ones, who were picked to spread the gospel of Christ and God. I don't think you can put everyone in a little bottle like that, but the Jewish people do not believe Jesus was the son of God, so I do not think they were the same ones that wrote the Bible. If they were born Jews, that does not mean they were the ones that hated Jesus. If they had, they would not have written anything about Christ as they did not believe he was anything but a man.

The ancient nation of Israel became God's chosen people because of the promise God made Abraham, who God called his friend. All the surrounding nations were pagan and ruthless and cruel. The Israelites were given the Mosiac Law that governed their lives and seperated them from the surrounding nations.
However, because of their repeated disobedience and desire to serve pagan gods,Jehovah finally allowed the Babylonians to destroy Jerusalem and its temple in 607BCE.
Only an obedient remnant returned from exile in 537BCE
The final blow came when the Jews murdered Jehovahs only begotten Son,Jesus. In 70CE Rome destroyed Jerusalem.Israel were no longer God's chosen ones.Jesus made a new covenant starting with the apostlesThis new covenant replaced the Old Mosiac Law and allowed people from all nations to be part of Gods Kingdom arrangement.
So without using scriptures, this is a basic rundown of what transpired. There are historians such as Josepthus who lived around the time of Jesus and there is proof other than the scriptures that Christ existed and yes he was a Jew.

paul and Jesus said that the Jews were chosen to preserve the oracles of God. Bet you can not say either that they are careless or do not keep track of details, can you. Ya know what would be a good idea is that you would actually have some idea with regards to the subject you believe is fiction. At least read it otherwise when you make charges as you have you become ineffective because you just look silly and not very bright and who is gonna listen to that except another unlarned indavidule

Somebody said the Jewish people aren't, like Gods chosen
people.
It's like, they're the ones God chose to work his will through.
Something about the Holy Land being a special place of POWER!
Yes, lots of people have their noses up in the air. It's because
we all get beat down and made to feel like we're nothing.

When I was a young boy of eight I lived on a military fort. Money was tight. I thought every one was poor. I helped a Jewish woman with her grocery's. She offered me a tip I said "no thank you" She said that "there must be a place in heaven for animals like me". I'm an independent being I don't need a god!!! I live a good life and try to destroy the god of the Jews , Muslims and Christan's as they are all worship same evil god.

Jews or no Jews, 'men' are sinners. If you keep reading the Bible you see how 'men will become lovers of themselves' which will help you understand more...that as the world goes on men will become even more selfcentered. My hope is that you believe in our maker, try to be as 'good' as you can, unjudgemental, and accept the Lord as your savior. Do your best. Good luck, girlfriend! :)

G-d's heart for you, a non-Jew, is as full of love as it could be. Doesn't matter what you've done or who you are or aren't; you are still the most precious, adored & thought about person on His mind. I am Jewish, yet G-d loves us equally.
