Sometimes I have to fart when I am in public. It's funny to do it quietly, while walking slowly around the store, so that everyone can share in the experience.

How does this relate to screaming children, you ask? It's simple. Have you ever been in public (not farting, of course). Near you, there is a child that is screaming, running, hitting things, and just being a total twit, while the parent stands by, oblivious to the disturbance. It's as if, they have to put up with their miserable child, so everyone else should too. Well, that is the same reasoning I have with the products of my nasty @ss. I figure, I have to deal with it, so you should too.

They may be proud of their child. Since I don't have a child, I figure, I should be proud of my farts. After all, I often think, "Hey, I made that!!"

My point is this. Every child throws a tantrum. Please, at least, try to do someting about it rather than idly standing by. If you take care of your child, I will stop farting. Deal?

LoL well i agree with you that parents need to take responsibility of their children and act upon children's temper tantrums. I absolutely despise parents who "zone out" when their child is doing the wrong thing.

Children are a product of their parents and teaching children respect at an early age is an absolute must. The same as knowing they cant always get everything they want.

Im 7 months pregnant with my first child and i've already discussed these kinds of problems with my partner. We both agree on this particular subject and cannot tolerate any child (especially our own) chucking tantrums and screaming for things they want.

Only one thing tho...hehe I dont/cant put up with farting either LoL or ppl with bad body odor. Ive been known to walk up to ppl and ask that they use deodorant or at least close their holes until they get outside. Why would i do this if other kids are going to get their own way and u cant?

Because your older and smart enough NOT to do these things just out of spite. A child is a child and doesnt know any better. Dont blame the rest of the public out there for one parent's mistake. You want to see something get done about it? Then approach the parent of the child and say something...i dont hold back, i have let parents know. They immediately (yes get cranky) but then walk out of the shop in a huff. I would rather see myself make an impact on them by talking to them rather than farting in their face! :P

If thats what makes you happy. :-)

By the way I'm a mommy, and I am "lightened up". Sometimes my kids make me want to fart in public too.

It is offensive when people insult kids. It's totally a choice for those who say they hate kids. I think they are in the same catagory as seriel killers. How can anyone hate kids. It just shows what kind of people they are. Of coarse any mother will defend children. Some are bad, but it's the parents fault for not paying attention, not the kids fault.

YES Fart all you want.I have 3 children and if I catch them throwing ANY kind of fit in the store I'll leave all my $hit in the basket and everything to march them straight out of the store and drop them off at home and come back to the store and believe it or not all my stuff is still right thier in the cart.

Why dont you just call yourself FARTVADER and make it your sole mission to go up to screeming children in shopping trollies then let out a large smelly rip , This of course will shock the child into silence. Just make sure you run off quickly before some angry mum gets you.

You can fart whenever you like as long as you aren't in Mississippi because it's a crime to fart there in public.

hahah...I don't have kids but my boyfriend lets it rip in the store isles when there's no one in the same isle. They are loud too. sometimes I'll be in the next isle and see people looking around like 'wtf'??? LOL Try keeping a straight face then!

Speaking of children and their tantrums, I usually let out a LOUD comment(like my BFs farts) about how people should control their little brats, how stupid people shouldn't breed, and how the parents must deliberately want something bad to happen to their kid because they don't keep an eye on them.

Yes, yes,yes!
Your way is better than my wanting to knock some sense into the parent's head. I hate even worse a parent that allows their brat to sit in the cart's baby seat and scream and slap the parent's face because the kid is not getting his/her way about something.

Why bother stop farting? No matter where I am (whether it be in my own home or out in public), WHERE EVER YOU MAY BE, LET YOUR AIR GO FREE! That was my grandfather's advice, and I still live by it today.
