How do you stay motivated and keep track of pts and excercise? The first few weeks were great for me and I really stayed motivated. Now the initial excitement has worn off and it is more of a challenge. I haven't went in two weeks. I know the weigh in is going to be bad....but saturday I am forcing myself to go. I am tired of my clothes not fitting, not feeling sexy, nothing sexy fitting and just overall depression with myself about all this.

You might find some help on my website. Check it out. It is a work in progress, but I can guarantee you that if you follow my advice you will lose weight and be happier.

i am also on diet and have started on Monday, the thing is today i have come with money to work and i then feel like cheating and buying food, but i impose a challenge upon you that we keep strong and hold on to our diet because we are the ones to be happy with the results at the end of the day when we can wear anything we feel like wearing. don't quit and the same shall apply to me.
