How do you stay motivated and keep track of pts and excercise? The first few weeks were great for me and I really stayed motivated. Now the initial excitement has worn off and it is more of a challenge. I haven't went in two weeks. I know the weigh in is going to be bad....but saturday I am forcing myself to go. I am tired of my clothes not fitting, not feeling sexy, nothing sexy fitting and just overall depression with myself about all this.
