Statue of Liberty? Based on your clue. I think it is really either The Great Wall or the pyramids. You may need to qualify your question. In theory, all structures are man-made. Also, since you are hinting at the Statue of Liberty I think you mean to ask which is the TALLEST structure.

the 'afsluitdijk' which closes out the sea from holland is quite massive, and by virtue of it the 'Ijsselmeer' is now a sweet water lake, but, since half of the territory of the netherlands is conquered from the sea, the largest man made structure is just that: the polders of the netherlands.

My beer can tower, they say the great wall of china is the only man made structure that can be seen from the moon, well that's not true cos if you climb my beer can tower you can actually touch the moon.
