To my knowlege most players are from: Poland, Brazil, Mexico, and sometimes Sweden and North America....

So strange kids from Poland come up behind me and say "craw craw craw" because they think I'm slow even if I'm not moving?

there's many different meaning and depends
where you use it and in your case I think
It means : slow moving
