you eat so little gelatin it really doesn't matter. What is fattening is the amount of food eaten and the amount of real exercise.

A small amount of quality food is good. Chocolate, butter, full cream milk, bananas, avocado etc etc. Even beer is good in a small glass, not refilled too often

No. Though it comes from animals, it does not come from the fat. It comes from collagen in the skin, bones, cartilage and ligaments, and is actually a protein product.

No, it has no calories. Flavored jello has calories from the added sugar but sugar free jello has almost no calories at all.
