What does it mean to be "laxiste"?

I wish I had my French dictionary... This is not a very common or used word..., but if you go the the French Yahoo below, I'm sure another French bilingual person could find out and tell you, if not the English word, at least the definition....

It has 2 meanings:
1/ soft, lax (too tolerant)
2/ over-lenient

It is an adjective meaning to be "negligent", "undisciplined in behaviour" or even a little lazy.
