Does anyone else receive an occassional "Violation Notice"?
Is there a limit and possibility to be barred from site if too many?

Read community guidelines to see if you are in violation. You don't get violation just for expressing an opinion in a polite and acceptible form. http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php
