Put aside a limited time period for vigorous exercise every day, take warm baths, and stock up on healthy, easy to fix foods.

Long hot baths

Unplug the phone/turn off your cellphone

Sleep an extra half hour

Revise early and plan well

Keep chocolate on hand for extra treats (but only have a square when you've acheived something in your revision/study - ie end of a chapter)

Go out with friends and chat about exam stress, if you have friends doing the same course then get together to study and test each other - much more social and much less daunting than sitting in a stuffy library alone.

well, by starting to see exam as not being the only decider of your fate, success, achievements in life.

Step out, hear the birds sing, smell the roses, and start to ask the real question " SO what if i fail? "

I suppose, you'll be hurt for a while, you'll be down for a while. But life is still there for you. People will still love you. People will still care about you. There is so much that life still has to offer.

With that said, and when you know whats the worst that can happen, i don't think you'll be too stressed by this lil something that people take too seriously about.

Take care and good luck dear!

Take it easy and relax. The world is not made for you to conquer. Do your best and hope for the best. If the best does not come your way as you desire it, try again but without putting yourself under any undue pressure. Once your conscience tells you that you have tried your best, leave the rest to God (or Providence, if you like). You can never change what has happened already: you can only learn from it.

Drink a lot of water. Do a deep breathing exercise. Listen to soothing music while you study. Make sure to get plenty of sleep. Most of all make sure to decompress. If you need a break from studying, take one. Eat an apple, talk to a friend, take a walk, play with a pet. Something that will relax you and take your mind off of that for a bit.

I just passed a really important test and i was really stressed. I suggest you sleep a lot, listen to relaxing music and spend time with people you love, in quiet places. And think possitive! Oh, and you could try eating lots of sweets, especially chocolate (it worked for me ;)) Good luck!

Well I suppose its your 10th or 12th boards.
First of all dont think about what you cant do, think about what you can do. Think about your past exams when you have done well. this will really help you in overcoming your pressure. dont involve in study all the time, take a break once in a while, listen to music, play games or whatever you like...
This will help you enormously in overcoming your preseure and fear.
Thanx!
